How do I start timing contractions?

Open Bloom and tap "Start Contraction" when a surge begins. Tap "End Contraction" when it passes. Bloom will automatically track duration, interval, and pattern for you.

Is my data stored on your servers?

No. All your contraction data, personal anchors, preferences, and uploaded photos are stored locally on your device. We never see or access your personal content.

What is Full Bloom?

Full Bloom is our optional premium subscription that unlocks personal photo libraries, custom anchors, all six breathing techniques, partner mode, advanced labor insights, themes, and shareable summaries.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel your plan.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Is Bloom a medical device?

No. Bloom is a labor companion that provides contraction timing, breathing guidance, and encouragement. It does not replace the care of your healthcare provider. Always follow the guidance of your physician or midwife.
